DESCRIPTION OF FISHING
Species Sought/Availability: Trout, Brook - Availability: Scarce
Pike, Northern - Availability: Abundant
Char, Arctic - Availability: Scarce
Description of Catch Made: 11 Brook Trout, to 7.0 pounds. (9 of these were small (to 11") caught in the drainage from Little Harry Lake) 16 northern pike, to 8.5 pounds.
Type of Fishing: Mostly from boat. One morning spent wading.
Equipment Used: 6 WF-F and 4 WF-F outfits.
Flies Used: Brook Trout: Brown Drake dry, #6 pike: Streamers (Orange, Red/white); Deer hair surface bugs (brown, #2).
Description of Hatches: Very abundant, large Brown Drakes.
Water/Weather Conditions: Weather and water conditions were good.
