Gaspe Peninsula Salmon.
Angling Report subscriber Norman Brust sent a very positive evaluation of the fishing provided to him by Quebec Sporting during a trip to Quebec’s Gaspe Peninsula this past September. To read his complete report, see the December 2005 issue of The Angling Report. Below are a number of photos Brust sent us to give fellow subscribers a better image of what fishing the Gaspe Peninsula is like.

Norman Brust hooked up with a salmon on the York River. Some of the pools are very deep, but the clear water allows for sightcasting to the fish.

High up on Secteur 4 of the York; a beautiful location. Anglers must enter a lottery to draw beat fishing permits here.
