Water level was very low which made for some good fishing back in the lagoons. Guide did whatever he had to in order to get us back in to areas where he knew fished were holed up. |

I have fished with Harry at Despedida for several years, and have had a magnificent time on and off the River. Of course, fishing the Rio Grande has some ups and downs during the week (as with most sea run fisheries), and the River Gods are not always cooperative. However, they do cooperate often and offer a superb fishery! Truly a must for a serious fly angler to experience at least once. |
