Last day of the trip after Hurricane Jeanne passed by was flat calm. Saw no other anglers during the trip. Probably because of the hurricane warnings. However on my previous trip here in May, we saw only the other 4 anglers in the lodge all week. We had one afternoon in the back area flats where we saw no less than 1,000 fish in less than an hour. If you're reading this you're probably saying "yeah right". I would think the same if I hadn't seen it myself. At one point during the hour it was so incredible I had to stop fishing because I was laughing so hard in disbelief I had to just take it in. Deadman's cay has endless wadeable flats and is my new favorite fishing destination. - Would you recommend this trip to a friend?:
