Our family sharing such an experience is the main highlight. Even our hundreds of pictures do not do justice to the continual memories that we recall virtually every day. Sharing the trip with the guides we have come to know over the years is also a highlight. The guides genuinely like to fish, watch you fish and share the day. They are far beyond someone to take you to fish. They get just as excited as we do when catching fish, even though this is a daily, weekly, monthly occurance to them. They are not watching the clock ready to end the day, but working very hard to facilitate our fishing and fun. Seeing bears, moose, eagles are always fun as well. We also enjoy seeing the life cycle of the salmon in front of us, from fresh fish, to spawning to death along with the idea that nothing of the salmon is wasted. The dead salmon still supplies protein to every animal, bird, fish as well as the river and every bit of biomass in that area. We also enjoyed sharing the days adventures with each other, over dinner. We alternated not only guides, but also with whom we fished in our family, so we were in two different places each day with different experiences. - Would you recommend this trip to a friend?:
