There was plenty of action for this three, 1/2 day charter, but I did find it difficult to cast accurately to the teaser with the rolling seas. It took me until the second day to figure fly line position on the deck and my own stability so as to cast without falling out of the boat, in all honesty I should have had a life preserver on. Don't get me wrong I enjoyed the fishing, but when returning to Baja I think I will try East Cape where the seas are not as rough. Additional bonus: fresh filleted mackerel for ceviche and smoked mackerel provided some of the best eating fish I have ever had. - Would you recommend this trip to a friend?:
